If you are not satisfied with the presentation of our course materials or the operation of our website, you may apply for a refund of the price of the course you purchased, under the following conditions:
- Application for a refund must be made within 30 days of the puchase of the course;
- No reason need be given for a request for a refund;
- Application for a refund must be made by the registered course participant;
- Application for a refund must be made before proceeding beyond Chapter 3 of the course;
- Send an email requesting a refund to admin@fuelssafety.ca including your "User Name" and a scanned copy of your receipt for payment of the course.
