Welcome to Fuels Safety

The Site Operator Training Course is designed to ensure the safe operation of fuel handling facilities to protect workers, the public and the environment. Certification as a Site Operator is regulated by Ontario's Technical Standards and Safety Authority.

In Ontario, every station operator at a service station, bulk plant, cardlock, marina, private outlet, or farm which stores and dispenses fuel for its equipment, is required by the TSSA’s Liquid Fuels Handling Code to be trained in the use of all equipment, and trained to take action in the event of a spill or leak of product or any emergency condition.

Fuels Safety On-line Inc. is accredited by TSSA as an approved training provider.

Fuels Safety On-line Inc.'s Site Operator Training Course fulfills the legal requirement for station operator training.  Click here for more information on becoming Certified by TSSA as a Site Operator. The course consists of 9 chapters, with a short test at the end of each chapter.
